- all major credit cards are accepted for payment
- once booking has occurred, a receipt shall be sent immediately, along with a simple agreement, exact addresses, arrival instructions, and other pertinent details
- no keys required for entry; we will provide door codes on the day of your arrival
what?
- each loft is fully furnished and provided with: all bed and bath linens; fully equipped kitchens with complimentary award-winning coffee, tea, some condiments; toiletries, dish soap; trash liners, toilet paper and paper towels
- each loft is a private building with its own separate entry
- as required by the City of Asheville building code, with the exception of the Azuma and Nishi Flats, Boho-Chic and MicroLuxe, these are open loft-style spaces with minimal privacy yet very spacious and loved by so many
- we can tailor the arrangement to your particular needs/desires, i.e. number of beds, additional equipment, hired services…ask for what you need/want
- anywhere from one to twelve rentals may be reserved
when?
- based upon availability, we can book your reservation last minute or years in advance
- check-in is 3pm or later; check-out is 11am or earlier, unless otherwise agreed
- late night arrivals are acceptable
- payment is due upon time of reservation, unless otherwise agreed
