Make a reservation by calling +1 828.275.5648. We shall reply as soon as possible, typically within a few hours. If you do not hear from us, please send your request again (in case there might have been a transmission problem).
To confirm and guarantee your reservation, we must receive payment of the rate plus the refundable security deposit. A receipt shall be sent immediately upon the transaction completion. An agreement shall be sent electronically within 48 hours of reservation confirmation.
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or later
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. or earlier
The rate includes
– Household linen and normal departure cleaning service
– Cost of maintenance, utilities, operations, local and state taxes
-All amenities provided
50% refund of the total rate if cancellation occurs 2 weeks+ prior to arrival
no refund if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks prior to arrival
*unless we are able to rent the apartment for the same period, then we will reimburse accordingly.
Guest forfeits the total rental amount:
– if you do not show up on the scheduled date
– if you change your reservation less than 15 days before the scheduled date
– if you leave the apartment before your scheduled date of departure
Refundable security deposit shall be refunded.
Host reserves right to cancel at any time without notice.
What if I need to cancel because of an emergency or unexpected and unavoidable circumstance?
We may be able to give you a refund if you have to cancel because of an unexpected circumstance that’s out of your control. Our Extenuating Circumstances Policy may require documentation..
In lieu of cancellation, we may extend a credit to you to be utilized any time within the calendar year following your reservation.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to assign you a loft different from the one reserved. We reserve the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value, at no extra charge, if it becomes necessary to relocate a guest or group, should a complex or condominium or private home not be available for reasons unforeseen. Specific unit numbers and bed configurations are not guaranteed.
